The Interstate Bank became an underwriter of commercial papers of Rosbank OJSC (Open Joint Stock Company) JSCB (Joint Stock Commercial Bank), series ÁÎ-2, with the aggregate nominal value equal to RUB 5 billion. In addition to the Interstate Bank, J.P. Morgan Bank International, Deutche Bank, IBRD (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development), RONIN, National Standard CB (Commercial Bank), NOVIKOMBANK JSCB, UBS Bank LLC (Limited Liability Company) are among the underwriters of the loan. Rosbank OJSC JSCB is the organizer, the payment agent and the agent for acquisition of the bonded loan. The co-organizers of the loan are VELES Capital IC (Investment Company), NOMOS-BANK (OJSC), Petrokommerz Bank OJSC, Promsvyazbank OJSC and Sovkombank ICB (Investment-Commercial Bank) OJSC. |
