On October 8, 2025, in Sochi, within the 10th Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies “Finopolis 2025”, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation was signed between the Interstate Bank and the Association for the Development of Financial Technologies (FinTech Association). The Memorandum was concluded to create a basis for cooperation in the areas of financial and information technology, information security, analytics and research of mutual interest.
The FinTech Association was founded in late 2016 on the initiative of the Bank of Russia and key participants in the domestic financial market. This is a unique platform for constructive dialogue between all industry representatives: banks, insurance and IT companies, telecoms, fintech and the regulator. Here, an expert assessment of innovative technologies is formed taking into account international experience, and concepts of financial technologies and approaches to their implementation are developed.
