D.V. Malykhin, Head of the Risk Management and Compliance Department at the Interstate Bank, spoke at the Annual Conference of the Institute of Compliance and Business Ethics (HSE Law Academy, HSE University) titled "Compliance Horizons: Algorithms, Security, and the Boundaries of Responsibility." He presented during the "Education and Professional Community" session, held on September 25, 2026, in Moscow.
The conference addressed the evolution of the compliance function in modern organizations, the interrelationships between risk management, compliance management, and internal audit, and their respective roles in corporate governance.
The Bank regularly participates in events organized by professional associations and leading academic institutions. Such engagement reinforces the Bank’s reputation as a highly reliable financial institution and supports the continuous improvement of its corporate governance. These efforts align with the Bank’s strategic decisions to develop risk management, internal control, compliance, and internal audit systems based on the "Three Lines" model and international standards—frameworks that also underpin the banking supervision regulations of the Bank’s member states.
