Performing the functions of a foreign exchange control agent in the Russian Federation, the Interstate Bank provides the services related to execution of transaction passports and also effects control over and accounting for:

payments in foreign currency and Russian rubles in connection with export and import of goods;
payments and proceeds in foreign currency and Russian rubles in connection with foreign economic transactions involving performance of works, provision of services, and transfer of results of intellectual activity;
operations in foreign currency and Russian rubles under credit agreements (loan contracts) concluded with non-residents;
payments and proceeds in foreign currency and Russian rubles related to foreign exchange operations;
operations connected with movement of capital and non-trading operations;
payments in Russian rubles effected by non-residents of the Russian Federation for the benefit of RF residents.

On the request from a customer, the Interstate Bank performs verification of draft export and import contracts for compliance with the requirements of the RF foreign exchange legislation. This service is provided free of charge.

The Bank’s specialists consult the customers at any stage of work with foreign economic contracts and other transactions related to performance of foreign exchange operations, clarify application of regulatory acts for foreign exchange regulation and control, render assistance in preparation of foreign trade contracts, execution of transaction passports and other foreign exchange control documents in accordance with the requirements of the foreign exchange legislation of the Russian Federation.
