The Bank constitutes the Secretariat of the Eurasian Council of Central (National) Banks (ECCB) and provides support for its activities.
The ECCB is a consultative and advisory body of central (national) banks and national agencies.
The central (national) banks of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of the Financial Market are members of the ECCB.
The Bank interacts with the authorities of the Bank’s member states, the CIS Executive Committee, the Eurasian Economic Commission, regional integration associations and international organizations on integration issues within the CIS, EAEU, SCO and BRICS.
