Interstate Bank is an international settlement, lending and financial institution.
The supreme governing body of the Interstate Bank is the Council of the Bank comprising the authorized representatives of the Bank’s participants.
Bilateral agreements with the governments of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Armenia and the Kyrgyz Republic on the terms of the Interstate Bank’s operation in these countries were signed and ratified. Agreements were signed with the central (national) banks of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan on the procedure and rules of the Interstate Bank’s banking activities in these states.
The Interstate Bank’s representative offices operate in the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic.
